well I might as well throw another stick on the fire lol.
Why is everyone overlooking diesel as an alternative to gas, biodiesel is 
already made and a diesel engine is more efficient . My 6.0 powerstroke 
with slight modifications gets 24 mpg unloaded and the Cummins and Duramax 
will do the same. A volkswagon Rabbit gets 50 mpg etc. Europe is changing 
over to diesel fast.
Also think of how much deepfry oil is discarded daily and could be 
recycled. Possibly a manditory turn in of fry oil to recycling stations.
