[AT] Old test for a bad valve?

As I recall a bad exhaust valve (or maybe intake) would be audible on engine
shutdown. You could hear a different sound from the exhaust as the engine
turned its last revolution. Likely the sound of air being drawn in through a
leaking exhaust valve.
Haven't heard that noise for a long time now thankfully.
