David ,  Chuck pretty much said it all .    I too was drawn by the price .
Take time and take a serious look . I'd also like to add that the holes for
the wiring were just torched in the frame ( a short waiting to happen )  and
they are only painted on the top . The cheapies were not inspected and ready
to haul away !
  I considered building too ,   ended up buying a custom built for only a
couple bucks more than what I could've done it for . I 've hauled several
