Steve these guys are not following that system  they are just dumping it out 
and replacing the electrolyte. That is not a safe  thing to do. Read the way 
the man said to flush out all of the sulfer with clear  water before adding and 
testing the electrolyte level.  I think that you  are right they can do it 
but it must be done properly not haphazardly.
