    Dave;
Yeah, Ralph left the door open again. You know he likes to share everything.
Have plenty snow here if you want ome. About 15 inches and now the wind is
starting to blow. Expect about 20 to 23 inches before it is over tomorrow. Have
a 2 foot drift just outside my back door. Watched the radar weather on TV and we
are right in the heart of the storm. Shows more heavy precip heading right for
us. A white Christmas for sure.
Spent about 3 hours today blowing snow with the little Case 222 and 38 inch
snowcaster. Does a real good job on the fluffy snow we have. Made a good buy on
the blower last month at Wapak swap meet. Got it for fifty bucks and it had
hardly any use. One of my best buys of the year.
I have also used that method to discourage the critters too, but it is only
temporary. They are back after 2 weeks or the next rain. The road flares are
permanent and gets the whole family and don't have to bury them.

                Gene

:
: Gene and all, don't have much snow here (lots more at
: the base of Lake Michigan) but our salt spreader is
: getting quite a workout. Gone through at least 75
: tons so far. That's for 2 schools, the hospital, and
: 1 factory, no roads. Equipment taking quite a beating
: with the cold. Frost already up to 1ft thick in
: spots.
: Where is the c-c-cold coming from, did Ralph leave the
: door open again? <G>
: Oh, to back up to on-topic a little, urinating in the
: holes really drives them critters out! Can't for the
: life of me think why. <g>
: Keep safe and warm.
