We used to have a John Deere 70 LP. No matter how you tried to ease the
tractor back to hook up a three point piece of equipment the governor would
kick in and rev the engine up into lurching mode.

I found that my 720LP had a shotgun reverse, there was no such thing as
creeping back. Hated that tractor.
