[AT] 630 JD is home and running

I found that my 720LP had a shotgun reverse, there was no such thing as
creeping back.  Hated that tractor.

I don't recall if there was a bushing or not but I bushed my B clutch
handle with a tool steel bushing.   Bored it out, turned a bushing, pressed
it in, and drilled the grease fitting hole. It helped control the clutch.
