IMHO the rear tires (left in particular) would scare me away, especially at that price.  Tires are so expensive that anymore I won’t even consider a tractor without halfway decent rear tires or a steep discount to compensate. 

But that’s just me and old age talking. When I was younger I was a lot more gung ho and saw the possibilities in things that I am afraid I no longer see.   Also, it’s clearly picqued your interest.  I’d say buy it if you could get a sizable discount off the price and are looking for a project.
