[AT] Chevroplet 8500 Air brake issue

My real problem is not getting the collars to release, the problems is 
getting to the collars period.  They are back behind the a/C duct, a 
hard formed plastic duct made like a T section starting in the center of 
the dash and the firewall fittings are behind that duct, and one line 
that tees off from the park valve runs over the brake pedal bracket and 
left to who knows where, maybe to a warning indicator..
