[AT] Need some help, hard starting CR950 Briggs / Ash

Wife is on my keister to drop a dead Elm in our back yard. I like Elm as
firewood, but it is a pain the butt to split, even with a hydraulic
splitter, it's just so stringy. You'll need a hatchet to finish the split.
