[AT] Tractor battery

11.3V is either a poorly charged battery, or it is a battery that is
compromised.  It might take charge and give the appearance of being OK, but
not hold the charge for very long.

13.3V is low-ish but that could certainly be caused by a battery that is
sucking up so much recharge current that the alternator can barely keep up.

This is the battery that was giving you trouble at the start of this thread
a couple weeks ago?  Yeah, sounds like replacement time.
