[AT] Cub Fuel Tank

I used a chain in the gas tank and suspended the tank in a swingset so it
was easier to shake (big tank). Worked well. I also flushed it out with a
hose; lots of water and a little soap to break everything up. It dried
quickly in the AZ sun.
