[AT] Crazy pricing on construction job

Supply and demand. Demand is through the roof, supply way down as mills and
other suppliers cut way back at the start of the pandemic. People didn't go
to work for a period of time. Then everybody at home took on projects. And
look at the price of houses. Probably just about anywhere. Our little
modest home has skyrocketed in the last 18 months. It will take some time
to balance out, but rest assured, prices will never return to where they
were. Not just lumber, as a shooter look at ammo and reloading supplies.
There are few and prices are through the roof. Someone here, maybe it was
Carl gave a good sermon on the reasoning for the increase in costs. I think
it may have been yesterday.
