Hi Dean,
Is this true? Yes, wholesale lumber is up from $300/Mbdft to $1300/Mbdft
Will this go away? Yes similar to spikes following hurricanes
What the heck is the cause of this? Covid

I was at Home Despot yesterday and 250ft of 12-2 romex $140. I had to sit
down and then be grateful I didn't need any wire right now.
