I'm sure you already know that the  main part of your job is now being sure
that you get the hole drilled "EXACTLY" :-) in the center of the broken
bolt... I would probably start with a really sharp carefully ground center
punch and start the hole with a smallish "center drill". Plus one on the
left hand bits. keep it wet with your favorite product until you start on
it. I usually keep about 4 or 5 brands of the stuff on hand. I think having
them close intimidates the broken off bolts.  :-)
