[AT] Air compressor failure

The over pressure release valve does work when pulled manually but is not releasing by itself up to 135 lbs pressure, I don't yet know when it is supposed to automatically release. I'm going to check a few things that you folks have asked about and see if any are contributing such as low compressor oil, plugged intake filter or a leaking outlet line and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestions.

Many large compressors like that pump up to 170psi. Can you find a label someplace?

Does the overpressure release valve release air when pulled, that is your backup in case the switch fails, if it works just let it run a little longer.
