[AT] Another Hurricane

Last night the weather report showed that the smoke from the fires has crossed Lake Huron and is now into Canada. Michigan is 100% covered with the smoke. Sunset was something unusual. You could look at the sun without squinting. The sun looked like a large Blood Moon.

Just watching the local weather and they are now showing that the smoke from the California fires is now over about 80% of the owner Michigan peninsula. Not causing any health issues, just making the sun look a little hazy.

How long would take you to rake an acre of woodland and carry the
debris to a pickup site? I'm not even going to ask how much debris
per acre and how it could be safely disposed of, environmentally.

Now that honor has moved north, but this morning and every morning when I go outside that is the aroma, smoke. Cars are covered in ash. I've lived in California since 58, here in Morro Bay since 79 and this is by far the worst I've seen. Many landmarks are no more.
