Hi Dean:

I've never used the Harbor Freight device you're looking at, but I've used
a couple others.  Not mine, not recently.  One hooked to a laptop, the
other to a smartphone.  I would consider something like that instead.  The
HF unit has tiny 2.7" screen with 320x240 resolution.  I just spent 30
seconds on Amazon dot com and already found one for $36 that has WiFi and
1920x1080 resolution.
