One hooked to a laptop, the other to a smartphone. I would consider something like that instead. The HF unit has tiny 2.7" screen with 320x240 resolution. <p>I don't know about the one you are looking at but I did buy a
cheap scope for 9.95 It plugged into a usb port on laptop. Had
to download a program which took awhile to figure out but once I
got it working it worked really well. Better then the Snap On the
neighbor has. Only problem is I don't know the brand or where I
put it.</p>
