[AT] Good tractor day

Thanks Phil, Mark and Mitchell.  I’ve decided against paining the 430 V.  It looks really great in his work clothes right now. Very little surface rust. But you’re right:  That refurbished John Deere rake does look a little too new behind it :-)

And yes Mark the rain stayed away but we actually had some small chances during the cloudy days and had a light mist the morning after I cut.  No worse than a heavy dew so the hay remained unaffected.  A few local showers did show up but missed me thank goodness.  So I avoided the “clean” hay.

Mitchell. My grandson is visiting this weekend.  Last week before his daycare opens up.   Interestingly, he was fixated with the temperature gauge this time. “It’s going up to normal, grandpa!“.   I also had to pull a few hills with a low throttle setting and a higher gear so he could hear it “work“. He loves to hear that 430V  putt, putt, putt when the governor opens up a bit.  

I’ve been teaching him to steer too.  Here’s a video.   Probably one of the last lessons.  He’s getting too big to safely sit on may lap while we joy ride.
