My wife and I were second generation customers of a local HVAC outfit,
going back 40-45 years. Last year I was out of town and my wife had to call
them for an emergency call—10 minutes to kick the snow from the exhaust at
11 pm. They charged us $400. When I complained they knocked FIVE DOLLARS
off of the bill. We are now with a different contractor.
