Most GM vehicles from a wide year range with the rear hatch/trunk opening problem can probably have the same fix applied that I had done to my Cruz, probably even the same part number.

My RAM “panic button” is also a pain. It randomly triggers alarm from being in my pocket along with other keys.
We used to have a GMC Terrain with FOB. It’s idiosyncrasy was to open the rear hatch, especially when traveling and parking at a hotel. Some mornings at home we would go to the garage, and find the rear hatch open and leaning against garage door. Very frustrating.

Speaking of tractors....
I once saw someone operate a winch that had a fob rather than a wired remote. For safety it sounds smart as you can get farther away from the cable and winching a non-running tractor alone onto a trailer without a helper would be easier.
Retrofit kits to convert to a fob are available for many winches but the pocket dilemma is enough to make me wary and hesitant.
