[AT] DRL data point

I've replaced the charred left side DRL socket on my 2007 Sierra twice and
it has charred and become intermittent again.
The standard 4114 bulb draws 2.0 amps.
I'm replacing the old 4114 with a Sylvania Zevo 4114 LED that draws 170
milliamps.
