John, have you tried your local Diesel fuel injection overhaul shop?
Our local shop had the equipment & pipe make new injector pipes.
The end has to swaged integral with the pipe.
Very few engines had separate ferrules. Leyland comes to mind. 
They used to blow them off when an injector blocked. :-( Usually
it was caused by a @##$% truck driver readjusting his exhaust brake
for more retardation...
Was ebay too expensive?
