[AT] OT Photo Resizer

I do have and use Irfanview. It's just slow and awkward if all you need 
is to resize. I think I initially had the program on my Vista machine so 
it's been a while. This was a no frills thing that showed up when you 
right clicked the picture or album and gave the option to resize. Just 
clicked the option and it was done. It would do a whole folder faster 
than irfanview will open. I've only dealt with one pic at a time on 
irfanview. Didn't realize it would do the whole folder at once. Doug T
