[AT] Tractor work snowed under this morning

The funniest thing is that the OKC public works and state ODOT has been
salting & sanding the roadways and highways since yesterday morning to
get ready.... The Interstate traffic was backed up coming into the city
for miles every way.... There are semi trucks jacknifed all over the
city...
