Only a few of the very last of the 8N had the distributor on the side. All the 9N ,2N and most of the 8N had the distributor low in the front.

Hard to see where the distributor is located but looks like in front of engine and that would make it a 9N which they are still good for small jobs . Put an electronic ign , and it will run and purr like a kitten .
