[AT] New fangled tractor question

Given Cecil Bearden's issues with the New Holland he has, I would
certainly be leery. I don't know how this tractor compares to the one
Cecil has, but hour meters can be easily replaced and things can be
spruced up to make them seem a lot better than they are. I am reminded
here of the stories my dad told me about one particular used car dealer
back in the late 50's and early 60's, and they weren't good.
