5 seconds to plug in your Leaf to recharge is convenient if it fits your
lifestyle. But what if you want to make a 200 mile trip to the Farm
Progress Show where I doubt you will find recharging stations while you
roam the show then return home the same day, particularly if you want the
comfort of your A/C or heater which a friend reports reduces the advertised
range by 1/3 if used?

I've owned a GE Electrac which was convenient for the reasons you
mentioned. But I found that if it decided it was done, there was no way I
could finish that last pass across the yard, at least not for a couple
hours even though it took only 5 sec. to plug it in. When I realized the
batteries weren't going last forever, I decided it was time to let someone
else worry about having to replace them.

But as the saying goes, you pays your money and makes your choice!
