PASS-THRU is apparently a copywritten name owned by Apex Tools who owns the Crescent and GearWrench brands.

I have a set of Crescent brand PASS-THRU sockets and a ratchet. This adapter allows you to drive the sockets with a conventional ratchet.  For some reason it is labelled wrong.
