Ducted fuel injection may give Diesel a new lease on life.

It has been quite a few years since I read of the famous plowing contest held in South Africa between a Diesel powered Fowler crawler and a gasoline powered Caterillar crawler. After that, Caterillar made a big effort to perfect the diesel.
