[AT] OT-Brought this home today

We have those hogs tearing things up so bad that there is no season on 
them.  There is some videos of traps that catch 20 to 30 at a time.  Are 
you able to use the meat from the older hogs, or do you  have to get 
them at a young age?  If you have a recipe for tenderizing the older 
ones, I am sure it could be used here in the states?
