I wondered if anyone would mention Keensert?  When one of the shops I used to work in closed down, they had two complete assortments of all the sizes of those with taps, inserts, installation tools, etc.  Over the years, I used a few of those, but the kits were basically intact when I downsized my shop five years ago.  Nice items.
