[AT] OT Weird Weather

When the low hanging storm clouds come over, they receive energy from 
the heat still left in the area they are over.  When the air is mixed, 
instead of layered as it does with the humidity, it becomes homogenized 
and more readily available for the storm, or if it is cooler, it can 
divert the storm.....    I know it seems like it is only a small amount, 
but when you have 10 sections of wind farms with 12 or more windmills  
to a section, it has to make some difference.  I have discussed this 
with several meteorologists at the severe storm center, but there is no 
money to study it.  In my earlier career, I worked with meteorologists, 
water engineers, and nearly anyone connected with climate and water....
