Here is a brief discussion you might find interesting Spencer, related to
shaft chatter. This is about a baler and they are configured differently
but still... This discussion mentioned intentionally running the U-joints
"90 degrees out of phase" to stop chatter. I've heard of that but never
tried it. Many cannot be ran like that without cutting and welding. A lot
of work just to test.  :-)
