Last year I found an old Snorkellift.  It will have to have the main 
cylinder re-sealed, along day's job, but the engine runs good and for 
$2500 it is less than the cost of an emergency room visit.. It will 
raise much more than I will ever use... Ladders are only good for 5 or 6 
ft for me, after that, I wear out...
