[AT] 430V update

One of the blessings (or so I thought) was the carburetor was very clearly recently rebuilt. The throttle shaft is just as snug as one could hope for. I definitely don't have a vacuum leak through the throttle shaft. The linkage all seems correct and tight as well.   What made me wonder about the right carburetor, was the idle speed adjustment screw barely touches. You have to screw it almost all the way in to get it to even start adjusting. That's why I even looked it up to begin with and that's the only part that never seemed other than perfect.

The carburetor number is based on memory. I haven't looked at the tag since I had the carburetor off while trying to unstick the engine. So I'm going to have to look at it again to confirm it's at 541. But I'm nearly certain it is.

PS: the manifold bolts are already loose. I didn't bother ordering the manifold gasket until I was certain I could get the bolts off.  Like you Dean, my experience is spotty with positive outcomes in this regard.
