[AT] Got ripped off ordering some parts online. What should I do?

I'd ask Paypal for their help.

Better yet, ask yourself if the money you lost is worth the hassle. If
its not a huge sum, then you may be better off to just let it go. I got
screwed out of $175 for hay last year. Guy finally threatened to shoot
me over it. There was no problem with the hay, he just said he didn't
have the money. Finally he swore he never promised to pay me for it. Guy
has all sorts of trouble with the law, even got shot himself shot once.
The more I asked around the more I found out what a trouble maker the
guy was.

If you haven't lost a ton of money, your mental health may just be
better off to let it go. Antique farm equipment is by far a group of
very honest guys, but occasionally you run across a guy with less than
honorable intentions. It's not your fault his parents did a piss-poor
job of raising him.

If you have lost a lot of cash, then I would consult Facebook (probably
a waste of time), contact the sheriffs office in his county, and if he
is running a business then file a complaint with his states attorney
generals office and the BBB.
