[AT] You can't fix stupid

I have a neighbor like that.

Just week he was trying to drain water by running it uphill without a 
pump. We pointed out his ditch was not deep enough and he was stupid 
enough to argue with us.

Suppose to get a rain in the next couple of days.  We will see.
