Thanks Paul and John, I have tried some force but not a tremendous amount of force. I haven't gotten around to suspending the wheels or placing them up on blocks. The blocks will be problematic because the tractor is a tight fit in the bay in my shop would probably move a little too much once the engine freed. But I think the rope idea will work.
