[AT] Farm flooding update California - new info

Cecil, the rocks are in fields next to the gully. I need my 1953 Cat D8
starter working to push them in and start a base to rebuild the
fields.... Once the fields were rebuilt (fill bottom of gully, then
level over the fill, then plant new trees and shrubs to replace the bird
and creek planted mostly dead ones to create a filtering and slowing
zone between the two fields and fill in the creekbank failure that
caused the scouring to start), then we should be good for a while. I
really need three of me! But then I suppose I would start thinking of
new projects to do? Probably.
In short, fixing the problem really is purely a problem of money
and time resources. Also, they are predicting a 50% chance of major
rains again this week as of yesterday now. YIKES!
