[AT] Farm flooding update California - new info

I don't suppose the field with the rocks is next to the field with the 
gully.  Are they big rounded rocks like in Arizona, or those rough ones 
like we have here in OK.   It probably doesn't matter as the fuel and 
time to load and dump them is terrible.
