[AT] Round baler wont cut the net wrap.

I got it fixed.......

I blew out the baler with a 175 cfm compressor and a 1/2 inch hose barb
on the end of a 4 ft pipe. It is what I use to blow off everything. The
baler was clean, inside behind the sledge and the duckbill. I also found
the sledge pivot on the left side had not been taking grease, and I
cleaned the zerk, the hole, and filled it with Kroil then greased it
until it broke loose and the grease started coming out the side. Every
grease zerk was greased and I cleaned all the sliding parts and
lubricated them with Kroil. I tightened the belts about 2 turns on the
control valve. I have no idea how much that was, but the bales baled
yesterday were starting to squat today. I got a new roll of Vermeer Net
wrap from the Agco dealer. That roll was the same length as the Golden
Harvest roll, but was 3 inches larger in diameter. I also needed help to
load it in the baler. I had to re-stuff the wrap in the duckbill on the
first bale, and had no problems on 47 bales. I ran faster. It baled
like it did when I bought it 10 years ago.

Now, my NH TS110 seems to load up when pulling it, I did an in-frame
overhaul with a new rebuilt head last year. Maybe need to re-adjust the
valves. It's the 4cyl Ford Genesis engine. Engine just does not seem
to have the governor working..

I was really concerned that I had screwed up when using the JD style
belts. I think that tightening the belts may have caused the splice to
conform to the rollers better and stopped the splice from grabbing the
hay and pulling it up the front side. I only had hay on the top for
about 5 bales and it was gone. Humidity may have been a little higher
today also....
