[AT] Over-running clutch for Ford 3600

When you have a two stage clutch , the first stage stops the tractor from
moving and the second stage stops the PTO from turning . I think that
tractor has a , GROUND PTO , NEUTRAL , and LIVE PTO . The GROUND PTO will
continue to push as long as tractor is moving , the live doesn`t .
