[AT] Need help with newer compact tractor

Makes sense to me Cecil, both are hydraulically controlled, with mine I 
assume there is some sort of a torque converter in the transmission. 
Saves the clutch that's for sure. Coming from a Massey 255, I still find 
myself pushing in the clutch at times, old habit die hard.
