Great photos, and I'll second John Halls "never seen" comment.   Definitely
not the norm in the Midwest...I was probably 30 years old (ahem, 25 years
ago) before I even knew crawlers were used in those kinds of roles instead
of just as bulldozers.

Well thats something I have never seen or heard of--a crawler in a hay
field! I bet making a left turn with the sickle mower is no fun!
