The chisel plow rakes are mainly for cleaning up the sticks on the ground
after something else pulls them out.  Just like raking leaves in your yard.

I don't remember what the occasion was that he used the mower behind the Cat
but it is not a regular occurrence.  The mower is always on our John Deere
720 diesel for mowing everything out back that is not part of the lawn.  He
has a 30 acre retired gravel pit that he has been fixing up for the last 30
years and was probably mowing that.  It is about 5 miles away and the Cat is
faster and has an air conditioned cab.
