[AT] Torch kit

Well, I stopped at the local welding supply house and spoke with a 
salesman there. What I left with was sticker shock! For a new 80 cf 
Oxygen tank and a slightly smaller in height Acetylene tank - $500 plus 
about another $60 to fill both tanks $40 for the Acetylene and $20 for 
the Oxygen. Then another $100 for a cart to haul them around. Torches 
were what I expected, around $260 for a Victor. So by the time I get all 
this equipment I'll be looking at about $1000 bill; to rich for my 
blood. I'll start keeping my eyes open for a used set.
