[AT] Tesla Factory (OT)

Electric cars do have a place, but not everywhere. If you need a 1 vehicle to do everything a 4 door pickup is hard to beat.

What makes sense for the planet is to have an electric car or hybrid for daily commuting, grocery shopping, and going to choir practice, etc. Park it and use pickup to pull tractors or boats, haul lumber from Lowe's, drive to Kansas from another state, etc.
To do this there needs to be some adjustment in insurance, taxes, etc.

(Pulling mower back to Texas from trip to Kansas and Oklahoma where I mowed several acres this last weekend. My 2015 Ram EcoDiesel will turn over 100,000 miles in an hour or so.)

Thanks
Dennis
