[AT] Massey Harris

I own a 101 Junior and a 102 Junior.  Lights were available as an option,
and most of the examples I have come across show evidence of having had
lights.  I guess since they all had battery and charging system as dictated
by the standard electric start, lights weren't too much more expensive to
add.

Engine parts are not hard to come by, as the Continental engines that they
used were quite common.
